  Very helpful. Great service from the lady at the desk and the gentleman testing my hearing and setting my hearing aids. They make you feel comfortable and not rushed . Great quaking with them when you have any issues.

  At this point in time, it has only been a few weeks of "trying to teach a very old dog new tricks", as I am almost 100 years old, and am working on "trying" to get used to a new style hearing aide! That being said, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience at Connect Hearing! There was no wait once I arrived, and Annie, in the front office was very sweet and helpful. I had been concerned that I may not be given enough time during my first consultation, to cover testing, review of the tests and review of different hearing aides. To my surprise, Steve Kolodin, my technician, spent roughly 2-1/2 hours with us! The testing was thorough, and Steve not only reviewed the results but made sure everything was understood by the novice ... even if it meant going over it multiple times, without ever making us feel rushed. He, then, reviewed the various styles of hearing aides, the one he felt would be most beneficial for me, the reason and the cost, and gave us plenty of time for whatever questions we may have had. We were pleased with Steve's knowledge, professionalism, patience and his caring heart ... which is lacking in so many in the medical profession, today. We ordered new hearing aides, and scheduled an appointment to pick them up. He assured me he would work with ME, on how to work with THEM, at the next appointment, and I had no doubt he would. When we returned he spent, again, a good amount of time trying to teach me how to work with my new found "friends", and, again, showed me his support, patience, knowledge and heart. I would recommend Connect Hearing ... specifically Steve Kolodin ... to anybody needing hearing aides! You will not be disappointed by them !!!
