The AudioNova location in Orange is a little difficult to find, the shared-space office suite setup isn’t particularly inviting, and there was a bit of a wait but the hearing specialist, Sara Monterrosas, was outstanding and made up for all the above. I brought my 90-year-old dad in, and he was skeptical from the start, repeatedly saying, “I don’t know about this place.” He was frustrated with his hearing aids and blamed the brand. Sara discovered that his previous provider hadn’t set them up correctly and made the adjustments he needed. She was incredibly patient with him, explained everything clearly, and really helped. She also showed me how to use the app and fixed the Bluetooth settings, which made it easier for me to help him going forward. He even said to her "you've changed my mind about these hearing aids" - Phonak should give her a bonus! Thank you, Sara, for your expertise and kindness!
