During one of the sessions, I arrived to find my child with a noticeable bump and redness on her head. When I asked the therapist what had happened, she appeared very nervous and initially unclear in her explanation. I was later told that while one staff member was cleaning tables, two staff members ( Karla and Anna)were assigned to supervise my child and another child. Despite this, my child was not properly monitored at the time of the incident. When I expressed my concern, I was told that “accidents happen with all children,” which I found inappropriate given that my child has autism and requires close supervision and specialized care. Another staff member (Farida)later stated that they were “watching videos on their phone” during the session. This raised serious concerns for me regarding supervision, professionalism, and safety standards. Following this incident, I filed a formal complaint with my medical/insurance provider, and we ultimately changed providers due to the seriousness of the situation. Based on my experience, I did not feel that the staff demonstrated the level of training, attentiveness, or professionalism required to work with children with special needs. If there were an option lower than one star, I would have selected it.( bad-bad-bad stuff) Noooooooo recommend

This has been one of the worst experiences we have had with an ABA provider. The overall environment did not feel supportive or appropriate for children with autism. On one occasion, I arrived unexpectedly and witnessed concerning interactions between staff and children that deeply worried me. I immediately filed a formal complaint after what I saw. As a parent, I felt that some interactions were not always handled with the level of patience, kindness, and professionalism that children with special needs require. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company to families seeking ABA services for a child with autism.

My experience with this ABA company was extremely disappointing. As a parent, I trusted this company to provide professional and compassionate services for my child. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I encountered repeated concerns regarding communication, professionalism, and the way concerns raised by families were handled. When I voiced concerns and submitted complaints, I did not feel heard or supported. Instead of working collaboratively to resolve issues, I felt that my concerns were dismissed. This created a great deal of stress for my family during a time when we needed support the most. In my opinion, there appeared to be a stronger focus on maintaining service hours than on addressing the individual needs of children and families. The difference between the company’s public image and my personal experience was significant. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to families seeking ABA services. Parents deserve transparency, accountability, and a team that genuinely values their child’s well-being.( zero )

The worst company you could come across and the worst people who work there. If you have a son with a special condition, don't go there. Bullies, misunderstandings . I do not recommend this company
