- JBJade BaezaOct 6, 20265.0I had such a great first experience at YogaSix New Haven! I took the Y6 Signature Hot class with Brittney and absolutely loved it. She did such a great job guiding us through each movement and made everything really easy to follow, especially for my first time. The class was the perfect balance of challenging and relaxing, and I loved how peaceful and grounded I felt throughout the practice. The atmosphere of the studio was also very welcoming and calming. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and accomplished. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend taking a class with Brittney! 🧘♀️✨
- FAFatima AltOct 6, 20265.0I absolutely love this studio! The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, and always bring such great energy to every class. I especially love the hot yoga and sculpt classes, they’re challenging in the best way and always leave me feeling strong, accomplished, and in such a good mood. The studio itself is clean, inviting, and has become one of my favorite places to reset and do something for myself. I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and confidence since I started coming here. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, you’ll feel comfortable and supported. Definitely recommend! 🧘♀️✨

- SCS. CaruthersSep 23, 20265.0I showed up for Mobility with Norma and was welcomed right away by the Front Dest staff. She showed me where to store my personal belongings and ushered me to the workout space. The room is warm with low lighting and marked spaces to choose from. Norma was warm and kind, she introduced herself and the class type. She welcomed me as a first time participant. She made the announcements then promptly started the class. I appreciated that class started on time. I loved the combination of Mobility Yoga flow. I felt great after and plan to be back.
