At YogaSix, we're all about a sensory yoga experience accessible to all. Each of the yoga classes we offer at YogaSix has a specific focus and produces specific body benefits. Whether you’re looking for strength, agility, or flexibility and balance, we have the yoga fit classes for you. We are diligent in keeping a clean and welcoming environment. All studio practice areas are thoroughly sanitized before and after class. Please note we have a no late policy and no phones on in the practice room. We want everyone to enjoy their hour in class without distractions. We look forward to seeing you on your mat!

Studio is clean (I don’t have that feeling in the back of my mind that I’ll catch a foot fungus lol) Kim and Sabrina were friendly and patient with getting me signed up and answering all of my questions about the classes. My first class was with Brittney who was extremely helpful with giving me modifications during the class. My second class with Danielle was also great; loved her energy! Can’t wait to take my next class :)

I was a little nervous going in, but Shannon made the experience comfortable and enjoyable from the start. She explained each pose clearly, provided helpful guidance throughout the class, and offered thoughtful modifications when needed. A wonderful experience for a beginner!

She has such a positive energy and does a great job making everyone feel comfortable while still pushing you to do your best. I always leave her classes feeling stronger and refreshed.
