Our Oceanside office is located inside of the Impact Fitness gym. Due to popular demand from providers and patients alike, RISE has decided to a new location inside this beautiful 3,000 square foot gym. By working hand in hand with other health professionals we’re able to provide a complete course of care before, during, and after physical therapy.
