I really like GNC products overall, which makes this review frustrating to write. Unfortunately, the GNC location at 835 College Blvd, Oceanside, CA has been a consistent disappointment. The last five times I’ve come to this store during posted business hours, there has been a sign on the door saying “Will be back at this time” — and no one is there. No explanation, no consistency, just a wasted trip every time. I understand employees need breaks, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes a pattern and a major inconvenience. At this point, it’s simply not reliable, and I won’t be coming back to this location anymore because it’s a waste of time.

PK is absolutely wonderful and super helpful. I called right before the store closed to let her know i was hurrying and needed just one item, she helped me find what I needed and was patient with me, specially it being valentines. Thank you for your kindness! Great GNC store -John
