- DSDrew SkogstadJun 16, 20265.0I was in a road bike accident that left me with major damage to multiple teeth. I did not trust my current dentist in Utah. My sister in law recommended Dr. Maddox. I flew back and forth 5 times to have my treatment of 7 top teeth repaired. I trusted the entire staff. The Dentist was honest and did an outstanding job. He was gentle and did things in a timely manner. The front office went out of their way to help me with my insurance billing. The cost was very affordable. Thank you so much, I am forever grateful!
