StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Oakland offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Val provided feedback after many stretches and demonstrated a position prior to starting a particular stretch. This was our first session and I was impressed by the patience I requested.

The facility is extremely clean. I'm 74 years old and I've had five back surgeries, both hips replaced and both knees replaced and they have given me flexibility that I didn't think I had anymore! This is not just for the younger crowd. I would encourage seniors to give it a try. I am so glad to have found them!

I've seen several strethologists at the Oakland location and found all of them to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and careful. I tell all of my friends to check it out and quite a few are now regulars like me!

The front desk team is equally attentive. Alejandra set me up, followed up, and ensured everything went smoothly.
