  Would love to leave zero stars for this terrible customer service. I had questions about my co-pay for contact lenses because with my insurance I usually don’t have to pay anything. I just wanted to verify that I actually had a co-pay and what the exact amount should be due to the wording on my insurance (many health practices will contact your insurance provider to verify this info). Dr. Lee came out and essentially attempted to eliminate my felt need to not fork over unnecessary payment while refusing to Verify the amount. I’ve had the same exams done in years past at other “sight for sore eyes” locations and haven’t had to pay ANYTHING. Quite soon after the conversation started, she told me to just pay the co-pay or go find somewhere else. I’m not sure if she treats all of her patients this way, but now I see why before writing this review, her practice is sitting at a measly 3.7 stars. She’s horrible, (unless you’re willing to pay whatever price she demands regardless of insurance) take your business elsewhere.

  I want to say how great Miriam is! I had an emergency needed to have progressive lens in 3 days- and she moved heaven and earth or lenses and frames to make it happen! Thank you Site for Sore Eyes - I can see!

  Miriam and her co-workers were very helpful in helping me find my glasses. They even let me do an exchange when the first one did not suit my face after it was cut to my prescription. This photo is of Miriam. She’s so friendly.

  This place is a rip off. I spent over $900 on a pair of glasses I could have got for $250 at Costco. I feel like a sucker because I was in a rush and didn’t shop around. Don’t fall into their trap. They are nice but I guess you have to be at those prices. Shop elsewhere.
