  Don’t waste your time or money. You can get their products for cheaper elsewhere or search online. Liam, the cashier was lazy and rude and claims they cannot price match when every other GNC location is able to do it because they’re “family owned” I guess that’s one way to run a “family owned” business into the ground

  Nathan was so helpful, courteous, very knowledgeable and patient as I am completely a newbie. I had tried some other protein powders and never liked them because of the flavors & texture (You CANNOT just stir protein powders!), never knew I needed to blend them or use that cup container with the whisk inside, no one EVER mentioned that before 🤦, except for today, Nathan did❣️ I've wasted time and money on protein powders to know that was necessary to fully enjoy them. He gave me great suggestions and flavors and other ideas on products and how best to use them.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS OAKLAND LOCATION. The garbage employee stayed on his phone the whole time. When cashing out a $300+ order he acted like I was holding him up from talking on the phone. He was disrespectful all around. I have Pro Access. He lied and said I had zero reward dollars available to use. He lied and said there was no promo but one get one 50% off going on. Worst service at any GNC store I’ve ever been to. Avoid this store at all costs unless you want to waste your money.

  They have decent knowledge on their products, They are horrible at restocking their items and have very low inventory. I bought a product a week ago and was talked into buying a GNC product and I did not like it it did not taste good I returned it and they could not return my money because their Internet was down I came back a few days later to return it and gave me the same story that their Internet was down I told him this is now an inconvenience I’ve come over here multiple times to return a product. I showed up at 11:45 to return the product they open at 10 AM I stood there for 15 minutes why they said staff will be right back. Not coming back to the store. GNC you guys just need to go out of business
