This is the worst GNC.. I am a member for 22 years.. I start training in 2021.. I went to GNC to get my nutrition products. I meet Nate there... GNC represented .. I spend $460 a month on my nutrition products.. I brought my product and I work out.. I watch in the gym and they keep telling people that that I am on steroids.. Nate walk around the gym and keep telling people I'm on steroids it doesn't make me feel good so I am going to complain to the nutrition of America . This is not a good place to shop and stay away

I came in today to get some creatine, nothing fancy, and had a customer in front of me finishing his sale talking about a creatine product. The gentleman behind the counter was super informative (I believe his name was Sam) and was comparing the other brands and stating pros and cons that won me over on grabbing a new brand I haven’t tried before. I usually get ON branded creatine but with his explanation of the product, and it being on sale, I could help but to buy his recommendation the CG5. During my checkout, he noticed I was running on 2 brain cells as I was apologizing for not remembering things, he offered me a Ghost drink on the house and made my day. If you need friendly staff that actually knows their stuff, you should swing by this location

Anyone saying this GNC IS 4 or 5 stars is a liar. I wish I could give it 0 stars. The customer service is horrible. This store use to be run by 2 brothers and their mom. Never had an issue, they always had great advice and honored GNC’s return policy. The idiots running the store now act as if the return or exchange policy is not worth the receipt it’s printed on. I bought a product that I used twice, did not like it and went in to exchange it. Upon requesting an exchange I was read the riot that this “privately owned” GNC does not take products back. Which is completely opposite of what’s printed on the receipt and GNC’s website. The flunky kept repeating the same thing saying the owner doesn’t allow returns. I guess if the owner told him to go play on the freeway he would. Do not patron this GNC!! They are horrible and I’ve shopped with GNC for years. I am advising all of my friends not to deal with them. Oh, after I went in on the flunky of the year, quoted contract law, and started getting loud he allowed the return. If u ever get to read this you and your “owner” are clowns and I’m going to the BBB.
