I’ve tried Yoga Sculpt, Core Power Yoga, and Hot Power Fusion classes at both the Rockridge and Berkeley locations, and each class has been challenging, fun, and an amazing workout. I always leave feeling like I got a great sweat in, with that wonderful post-workout glow and a real sense of accomplishment. The instructors have been fantastic and very kind: Kristen at Rockridge and Lillian and Jolene in Berkely—All super nice, experienced, knowledgeable, encouraging, and compassionate. They create such welcoming, positive environments, and many bring a genuinely calming and healing energy to their classes while still challenging you physically. I’ve also really appreciated being able to use the showers and locker rooms after class-super clean and convenient. Overall, my experiences at both Rockridge and Berkeley have been excellent. I leave feeling stronger, energized, refreshed, motivated and just genuinely good. I’m so glad I gave CorePower a try!
- MMMervinFeb 15, 20265.0I recently started practicing at CorePower Yoga Rockridge, and I’m so happy to be back on the mat. The location is perfect — just a 15-minute walk from my workplace, which makes it easy to stay consistent. I took the Sculpt class with Toby G., and she was excellent. I loved her sequence and the energy she brought to the room. The intensity was just right for me — challenging but balanced. I left feeling strong, energized, and grounded. One small opportunity for improvement: the changing room could use more regular maintenance and tidying. It may just be a staffing challenge, but a little more attention there would elevate the overall experience. Overall, this will definitely be my go-to studio moving forward. Grateful to have something this good and this convenient so close to work.
