Tried out Corepower Grand Lake today with my friend. We decided to be brave souls and took a 9am sculpt class with Lindzi. Got our behinds absolutely handed to us what an intense and amazing workout! I don’t usually write reviews after classes but this one stuck out. The music, the choreography, Lindzi was fabulous (love the spelling of her name) she made sure we were set up well since it was our first time here but she is an absolute machine! So excited to come back and hopefully not die as much. Felt like a new woman stepping out.

I've been coming to CorePower for about a year, on and off, usually as a buddy on my dad's membership. I'm home from school for the summer and decided to finally take the jump and start my own membership. I signed up for the 12pm C2 at Grand Lake and brought my mom along as a guest. Olga was very uptight and refused to let my mom into the studio because she had arrived a couple minutes late. The whole experience was very upsetting and I ended up leaving the studio as the class was starting. This is just a PSA not to take Olga's class because she was unprofessional and unkind.

This place is no joke. It’s been about eight months since I upgraded to CorePower from a smaller studio down the street. I’d known about CPY and their Yoga Sculpt classes for years but was always a little intimidated to try it. Very glad I did.
Janelle is the heart of the studio and her classes are my favorite. The room is usually heated to around 95 degrees with humidity. She absolutely pushes you — and will seriously take your body places it hasn’t ever been before. Her playlists are always hop'n, and the energy in the room gets pretty electric. If you want to take her Saturday morning classes, make sure to book early because they’re especially popular.
I also really enjoy the C2 classes and Hot Power Fusion, which feels a bit like Bikram but less torturous.
This location has a real neighborhood vibe. The bigger practice room has windows that look out onto a cute gardening store and the people walking along Grand Avenue. You can see them, but they can’t see you, which is kind of fun.
There are lots of ways to try the studio for free as a first-timer, plus free community classes on Sundays. Highly recommended.
