  I started at Club Pilates because my posture issues (mostly desk worker standard: weak core, tilted pelvis, etc) have become more of a liability over time. I love hiking, and a few times in the last few years I've found myself getting injured when I go out after any kind of time away because of my bad movement patterns. After doing a PT course, I decided to start a pilates routine because I'd heard it was good for isolating some of these weaker muscles. I did six months of 2x/week and it really did what I needed it to! The instructors here are all great, there is continuity between the different teachers but also they each have their own approaches so there is variety. Over those six months I really built up an overall strength that is a noticeable change in how I move and function. Which is kind of amazing given my schedule which was only those eight classes per month. I should note that I have had periods in my life where I did 4+ yoga classes per week, which I also love. But the reformer Pilates was better at that movement and posture change. That might be common knowledge but it was surprising to me as I expected the two to be more similar to each other. I'm taking a pause for unrelated schedule & life reasons, but I'll definitely bring this studio back into my routine in the future. It was really an excellent foundation to continue building strength from, with a reset on the injury-causing issues I came in with.

  Awesome! just started and am loving it. I'm enrolled for three months but hope my finances allow me to continue longer. The staff is very friendly and patient with you. Space is neat and clean.

  I’m a 60 year old woman who has never worked out. I have lost a lot of weight and wanted to be stronger and healthier. I took 2 30 min classes and I’m hooked. The instructor, Jesse was fantastic. He was patient and explained everything to a new student. I would recommend this studio to anyone who wanted to try Pilates.

  Great teacher!, so ab focused. Lots of help. And, not so many equipment changes that feel like wasted time
