They are knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and take the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I also really enjoy the calm, welcoming atmosphere of the studio. The communication and customer service have been excellent as well. Everyone has been very helpful with scheduling, getting into classes, and providing flexibility when needed. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience, and I always leave class feeling like I’ve done something good for myself.

I am thoroughly enjoying the classes - the community is diverse and supportive with a wide range of ages and abilities which helps us all fit in. While the facilities are clean and comfortable, the instructors particularly Havana, Kyleata, Jesse and others are phenomenal. A wonderful place to be!
