Dominique geared out my reformer for me (I’m tall), explained the different color springs, and clearly described the movements. You won’t be lost or intimidated even if you’ve never, ever done Pilates before. Nothing in the intro class will be too challenging. And I like how they provide leveled classes, so if you’re new or just taking it easy you can be sure to stick to level 1 classes until you’re ready to level up. I met a few people on the team that day and everyone was really welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to coming back!
