I struggled to work out a a gym on my own consistently due to fear of not doing exercises correctly and not knowing how operate machines/barbells correctly. BFT really changed it for me. I enjoy signing up for a class and getting it done. Not needing to plan out my workout or set up the equipment has been great. The coaches have also been really great at demonstrating and giving tips on form.

I do it primarily for clarity of mind, to have the emotional composure needed for my job (tech sales) and family (3 teenage kids). But I also love BFT to work towards a strong, balanced body. The programming at BFT is fun and varied, and it's amazing how much exercise you can pack into 50 minutes. The coaches are extremely helpful and make sure you lift using the right form. Being paired with a partner helps you be motivated, even on days you don't quite "feel it", and to learn and be inspired. So all you have to do is show up consistently, and you will be on the right track.
