  My husband received stellar treatment from Arthur James at AudioNova Oakland, after having basically suffered with an earlier set of hearing aids bought elsewhere with very little customer service. By contrast, here he received testing that was precise, custom fitting, and explanations about everything we thought to ask and wouldn't have known to ask -- an education, in other words. Arthur James made it heartfully clear that my husband's well-being re: hearing was important, and acted on it, and treated both of us with respect, care, and good will. I will almost miss these visits.

  I recently had my new hearing aids serviced as well as a complete hearing test performed by Arthur. I had gotten my new aids during a time of transition of staff from the Oakland Office due to staff health issues. This was my second set of aids, and I have been completely satisfied with the service I've received for the last six years. The testing I recently received by Arthur surpassed all that I had previously experienced. He was patient and explained the results in terminology I could understand. He cleaned and adjusted my aids and showed me how to properly take care of regular cleaning. I highly recommend this Oakland Office of AudioNova for your hearing aid needs.

  I met with Randy from AudioNova in Oakland today, and this was my first time seeing him. Without hesitation, Randy was by far the best Hearing Care Professional I have met at AudioNova. He was professional, attentive, patient, and incredibly supportive throughout my visit. I especially appreciated his knowledge and expertise. He answered all of my questions about my hearing aids thoroughly and provided truly excellent customer service. Thank you, Randy! I’m very glad you are part of the AudioNova team in Oakland.

  We had a wonderful experience with Arthur while helping my dad get his first hearing aids. Arthur was extremely kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain how the hearing aids worked and made sure my dad understood how to use and care for them. Arthur made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel comfortable and reassuring. His attention to detail and genuine care for his patients really stood out. We truly appreciate his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional hearing care.
