  I was so bummed today to walk in with intentions to join only to find the air stuffy with a weird smell. It was such a beautiful fresh day I wanted to open the doors to let some fresh air in. But no, the front desk told me they have a fragrance diffuser running all the time at all three studios. Turning it on is the first thing they do in the morning. Its runs all the time. I could see it by the cash register putting a plume of something in the air. OMG. Do I want to breathe that stuff in instead of fresh air when I exercise. No. So sorry because this is a great studio by all accounts.

  I am getting back to life after giving birth to 4 kids and my muscles are out of shape, bad posture and not much self confidence. I don't like sport at all and was looking into yoga but it was not appealing interest anymore .... I did not know anything about Pilates and just gave it a try on intro session, I have been welcomed right from start with all my questions and concerns, the trial was amazing and instructions was very clear and fun, dimmed light made me very relaxed and enjoy the workout. The whole equipment is amazing, it is not a boring gym or movements, it's a work on reformer with a springs that gives enough tension to make muscles work and not feel exhausted, every session is different and fun and it goes fast. After 3 sessions I feel great improvement on my core muscles especially my back and posture where I needed it the most, and of coarse I feel my body, all musclesand feel happy again. With gratitude thank you very much for such a great place!

  Club Pilates Novato has become my go-to escape as a busy full-time working mom. The convenience factor alone is a game-changer, but it's the entire experience that keeps me coming back. The studio is impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, making each session a pleasure. What truly sets Club Pilates Novato apart is its exceptional staff and teachers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and warmth, erasing any initial intimidation I had about starting Pilates as a newbie. There's a distinct absence of judgment or "mean girl" vibes here, creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere. Laurie, in particular, has been an incredible guide on my Pilates journey. Her encouragement led me to try the 1.5 class, and I'm now thoroughly hooked. I've discovered a newfound love for Pilates, and I'm grateful to have it enriching my life. Club Pilates Novato has not just introduced me to Pilates but also made it a lifelong passion I cherish.
