I have improved so much since I started coming here, and I notice my improved strength and coordination in every day life. The instructors here are wonderful and without them, I never would have learned how fun and life changing Pilates can be. They make it so so enjoyable, hence why I’ve come to crave it when I miss a day or two. I am now forever addicted to pilates. Do yourself a huuuuge favor and sign up for a free Intro Class.
