Very happy with the level of service! All of my mother's concerns were addressed in a manner that she understood. Doctor has pleasant manners when talking to their patients. Doctor made sure that she got glasses with transition because she needed them due to a smaller cataract that is developing. Recommended that I keep getting my yearly retinal eye scan with my primary doctor which I just got last month. This is the first time my mom used her AARP discount for a very nice selection. The frames she chose were more modern than the ones she liked at Costco. I'll be going after June because my eye exam and when my glasses renew are at two separate times. I always recommend this Target Optical. Can't wait to see the doctor.

The doctor was great but even better were the ladies on the staff who helped me. All were involved and were professional, courteous and their attention to detail was amazing.

I received a text informing me of my order being ready to be picked up, when I got there, only one pair of glasses were ready, I asked for my second pair and the girl said that she only had one invoice for one pair of prescription glasses. I pulled out my receipt and told her that I paid for 2 pairs. She then looked in her system and confirmed that indeed I was missing my 2nd pair. She was looking for my 2nd pair for a few minutes before telling me that I would have to come back again because they don't have them yet. They did not hesitate to take my $140 for my second pair, yet this gal telling me "she only has one invoice". For this bad customer service alone, (questioning my 2nd pair) i will not return to target for eye exams.
Frequently Asked Questions About IP Optometric Eye Care
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What is involved in an eye exam?
An eye exam involves a series of simple but comprehensive tests that allow your optometrist to assess your vision and your eye health. Your optometrist will discuss the results of your eye exam with you and determine the right prescription to help you to see your best.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
