  Very friendly staff ! Optometrist was very friendly and welcoming helped me with my lens prescription! Yesi was extremely nice and friendly and helped me understand the whole process of the frames very lovely staff

  Unfortunately, I’m going to have to give this experience around 2.5–3 stars. I came in on a Sunday afternoon, so I want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that it may have simply been a busy or tiring day. The first receptionist I interacted with was reasonably professional, although she did seem a bit tired. I filled out my paperwork and only waited about five minutes before being seen by Dr. Tiffany Nguyen. Unfortunately, this is where most of my concerns come from. Dr. Nguyen’s bedside manner felt very cold and disengaged. The exam itself seemed extremely rushed, and despite my attempts to make some light conversation, most of my questions were either ignored or met with very brief, one-word responses. I even asked if she was particularly busy that day, and the response was essentially a shrug. At one point, I commented that I thought it was pretty neat that the equipment could measure my glasses prescription so quickly, and I received a brief “nice” in response. The entire appointment continued in that same manner. I understand that not every healthcare professional is going to be particularly talkative, and I certainly don’t expect a doctor to entertain small talk, but the overall interaction felt so rushed and disengaged that I left questioning whether enough time had actually been spent on the examination. Ironically, when I complimented her afterward by saying it was the fastest eye exam I had ever had, I received another very brief response. That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due. The second receptionist I spoke with afterward was excellent. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain my benefits and what types of glasses and coverage were available to me. That interaction definitely improved my overall impression of the visit. Overall, I’d say the experience was mixed: an okay first interaction, a very disappointing experience with the doctor, followed by an excellent interaction with the second receptionist. I realize everyone can have an off day, especially on a Sunday, but the lack of communication and rushed feeling of the exam significantly affected my experience. For that reason, I’d give the visit around 2.5–3 stars.

  Best Target Optical experience I’ve had to date. The doctor took us in quickly. She was thorough and patient and answered any questions we had. Gabby took her time to help us pick out frames and didn’t rush us into any kind of decision. She made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you for your help and we will definitely be going back.

  Another outstanding experience at Target Optical! I’ve been seeing Dr. Nguyen for the past six years, and there’s a reason I continue coming back. She is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during every eye exam. This morning was no exception. She carefully evaluated my vision, took the time to address all of my concerns, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I understood my options. Her expertise and genuine care have earned my complete trust over the years. I also want to recognize Yesi, who made the eyewear selection process such a pleasant experience. She was exceptionally patient, never rushed me, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses that not only fit my budget but also complemented my face and personal style. She made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and enjoyable. From the eye exam to choosing my new frames, the entire experience was seamless, welcoming, and genuinely customer-focused. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service so well. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen and Yesi, for another fantastic visit! I’m excited to receive my new glasses and can’t wait to start wearing them. I highly recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding service.
