During an already incredibly stressful and emotional time, Rolando went above and beyond to help me find a cost-efficient way to get her an emergency pair of glasses while she was still in the ICU. I cannot express how much I appreciate his kindness, compassion, and willingness to help us when we really needed it. Having someone take the time to help solve this problem meant so much to me and my family. Thank you so much, Rolando! She was professional and pleasant while advising me every step of the way what we were doing along with my coverage. She advised of any extra costs before proceeding to allow my approval. Then Dr. Chris K took care of me with the rest of the exam. He was very knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant. Jessica took care of me at checkout and again provided great customer service with a smile! I would definitely recommend this location!!

I was told there would be a short delay, and I specifically asked if it would be 30+ minutes because we had work and couldn’t wait. They assured me they’d take us soon. Meanwhile, they were taking walk-ins ahead of us. We waited and waited, with no clear communication, so we finally left. What a complete waste of our time. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

I was overwhelmed since it was my first time getting glasses. He walked me through all the steps and stayed by my side to make sure all my questioned were answered. Luis talked to me about the promotions LensCrafters had, so he talked to me about the importance of having two sets, I went with his recommendations. Luis was generous enough to inform me about the difference light preferences, size, protection plans, I agreed to all. After selecting colors, he spoke to me about personal experiences of him getting use to his own glasses, which made me feel better.
