  this location is odd. they dont honor any nationwide promos. saturday 8/22 i got a primo offer for BUM ENERGY DRINKS 1$ they were auppkse to be a limit of 6, syated online but they only let me purchase 4. the following day i wanted to get more and they said theyre location doesnt honor the promo even thiugh it was still going on. His own words "we dont honor that promo" but they did the day before. I would go somehwerwbelse they have bad service and very inconsistent.

  Places like this is why I started doing Google reviews. Because a lot of times when we go to a store, we’re going to a shop movie theater or wherever we’re going to expect to have good customer service energy to at least be leveled or be fair. But places like this don’t meet that expectation, especially when it’s your first impression. The gentleman at the front desk, whose name am glad I did not get who was 99% shoulders in one percent low energy Has most off putting and uncomfortable energy. Made me completely Uncomfortable. As Person who has worked in customer service And is also a personal trainer I will not and I Repeat will not be ever. I just left this location 10 minutes ago and regret every step in there. And the gentleman that was working with him, didn’t help at all either side me as if I wasn’t even supposed to be there. And as an African-American, Ivan is done to me by Caucasian American is not a very good feeling so this is a location. I will never return to.

  Whoever was working Sunday around 3 pm , AMAZING customer service.. like seriously , he helped me get quality products and really educated me on any product I was interested in , I really appreciate that and I will defenitly be back for more products in the near future .. !!
