From Asia’s help introducing me to the studio, to Emma’s Intro Class, and my first class with Shelby, everyone has been so warm, friendly, welcoming, and professional. As someone new to Pilates, I’m so happy I chose this location for my first experience. I’m already looking forward to my next class and continuing my Pilates journey!

(Truthfully, I’m not sure why I have to pay 35$ a month when I’m leaving the state for vacation. Still puzzled by this ) However, so far I’ve have had an amazing time. I love the whole body workout and the staff is amazing. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure to meet and be instructed by has been nothing but kind, welcoming and just wonderful. I look forward to my next workout. If you ever wanted to do Pilates you should come here, other than some of their billing practices you will love it! ❤️😊

It’s my first time joining a club and it feels good to do something that I can feel benefiting my body every class I take, I want to gain some strength and flexibility that’s why I joined. I felt intimidated at first because I’ve never exercised but instructors explain and show me how to when I feel like I can’t do it. Everyone is welcome, I have had some surgeries and instructors are very accommodating. The 50 mins go by fast, we stretch and do a full body workout it feels good, we never get the same class!
