- OOocwaveocAug 10, 20261.0I have a Warby Parker frames from a few years back which I wanted to replace lenses. Although the frame says Warby parker on it they don’t let you replace lenses. You have to buy new frames from them. Every excuse to make you buy new frames. Not cool. Also when you call you can’t reach the store. Someone from a foreign country answers. And they can’t transfer calls to the store.
