  I was gifted a $250 gift card from a business colleague, but the email never arrived. When I called Pause Newport Beach, I was worried they wouldn’t be able to honor it without the confirmation code. Ashlyn went above and beyond. She audited my account and dug through the purchase records herself, and about 10 minutes later she found the gift card and honored it. She even sent me a screenshot and added it to my account so everything was squared away. Moments like this, where a business works to solve the problem instead of giving customers a hard time over a missing code, are what set a small business apart. Highly recommend Pause Newport Beach, not just for the experience but for the customer service too. Thank you, Ashlyn!

  Wow wow wow. I am renewed, restored, and feeling like a new person after two hours here. Will absolutely be back. Rooms are very clean and staff is welcoming and able to answer questions about all of the modalities.

  Finally made it to Pause in Newport Beach, and I’m officially a fan! I know Jessica through the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce, where we’re both ambassadors. She’d been inviting me to check out her place for weeks, and I finally went after a morning of pickleball and physical therapy. Perfect way to finish a wellness day. The space is beautiful, starting with the lobby. They have everything from compression and IV services to cryotherapy, private sauna and cold plunge rooms, and float therapy. I did the sauna and cold plunge, followed by a float session. First of all, the infrared sauna gets seriously hot! I loved having a private room with my own sauna, cold plunge, and shower. They provide towels and shower essentials, so it’s easy to show up, relax, and leave refreshed. The float session was probably the biggest surprise. If you’ve never tried it, it’s such a unique experience and absolutely worth checking out. It was the perfect way to close out my visit, and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I also like the flexibility with pricing. Monthly memberships start at $159 and include credits to use toward their services, with the number of credits depending on your plan. They also offer credit packages that don’t expire, so you can choose a regular routine or keep credits available for whenever you need a recharge. If you’re active, play sports, or just want some time for yourself, give Pause a try. Thank you, Jessica, for inviting me and taking such great care of me. So glad I finally made the time!

  Very clean, friendly and helpful (not pushy) staff… I had an excellent experience here with the “Contrast Room” doing sauna + cold plunge and can’t wait to come back for the 2 person float pod!! :)
