  Incredible recovery facility! Coming from someone who does HIIT classes 4-5 times per week and also attends 2 run clubs, prioritizing my recovery is a must and this is the perfect place for me to do that. Each service is unique in itself and I love everything they have to offer. My body truly feels the difference after utilizing their treatments. The staff are also so sweet and take the time to explain everything. Would definitely recommend!!

  I loved every bit of my 60 minute contrast therapy session! The room was so clean and peaceful and I left feeling so invigorated. Came on a class pass credit but will def be coming back.

  Pause Newport Beach is incredible, especially the saltwater float. The whole space feels calm, clean, and thoughtfully set up, and the staff made everything easy and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The float itself is honestly amazing, it’s deeply relaxing and you leave feeling lighter, quieter in your brain, and fully reset. If you’re stressed, burnt out, or just need a real nervous-system break, I can’t recommend this place enough.
