  I recently visited Pause Studio for contrast therapy and it was exactly what I needed to reset and recharge. The space is beautifully designed, super clean, and the contrast therapy left me feeling refreshed and energized! Ally was the best— her warm welcome, helpful guidance, and genuine care made the experience even better.

  Jessica and the team at Pause operate an amazing facility with many modalities. They are very friendly and helpful and professional and make you feel very comfortable. It’s truly an amazing experience

  This studio is so nice, the cryotherapy is a really good experience. Going to try the float therapy next.

  Pause is a vibe, very relaxing, great experience for healing injuries and relieving stress. Ally is awesome! Top class customer service, warm energy, and made my first time memorable. Highly recommend!!! 🙌🏼
