What really impressed me was how accurately they were able to identify the areas where I was holding tension. You can tell they truly know what they're doing. As a potential new client, I expected a more professional and accommodating interaction, especially from a business looking to attract and retain customers. The experience left a very negative impression due to the poor customer service.

Briana was so knowledgeable and professional, and the massage was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this place because of Briana and plan to be back soon! The parking was easy and the room and atmosphere was also very pleasant and clean. Also Briana, if youre reading...I plan to double tip next time! Please excuse my postpartum brain!
