  Wow what an amazing staff at LensCrafters at Fashion Island, Newport Beach. What I thought would be an easy fix with my sunglasses nose pads ended up becoming an hour long search of a solution. Appreciate Ray Bans rep referring me lover to LensCrafters since I was welcomed by Mindy. She realized the difficulty of fixing my sunglasses — offered to get assistance by the lab tech who fixed up my sunglasses in such quick turnaround. Really appreciate the team for this service!!

  my girlfriend had a little emergency when one of the lenses from her glasses fell out at the beach! we’re here on vacation and she didn’t have any other way of seeing. we rushed to this lenscrafters where April helped to replace the missing screw and reinstall the lens, quickly and free of charge. excellent service- thank you so much!!!

  April and Monique were incredibly helpful in fixing my sunglasses. One side of the sunglasses fell off, and they screwed the side on for me without any issues. They were super polite and helpful, and had me in and out in under 3 minutes! The shop is also super clean and bright. They had a lot of customers and were able to help me efficiently with ease. Thank you!

  Five stars for Dr. Sammy Hashemian and the entire LensCrafters Fashion Island team! I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Sammy Hashemian. She gave me one of the most thorough eye exams I’ve had. She carefully went through my glaucoma concerns, checked the overall health of my eyes, discussed floaters and warning signs to watch for, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and I left feeling confident that my eye health had been thoroughly evaluated. Then she gave me plenty of options for my prescription needs for computer glasses, and sunglasses What I really like about this location is that you can get everything taken care of in one place. After my exam and prescription, Dr. Sammy personally handed me off to the LensCrafters team, who helped me with my glasses. They have a great selection of designer frames and sunglasses, a professional staff, and excellent service. They also accept many insurance plans and frequently have promotions. I received 40% off during my visit, which was a great bonus. Most importantly, don’t think that because the doctor’s office is connected to a LensCrafters showroom you’re sacrificing the quality of your eye care. Dr. Sammy and her team provide top notch, thorough, professional eye care. I highly recommend Dr. Sammy Hashemian and the entire Fashion Island location.
