I had a great experience at eyexam today! Tiffany helped me fix my sunglasses, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service! If you’re ever planning to shop at eyexam, I highly recommend asking for Tiffany. You won’t be disappointed!

The best experience I’ve ever had at an optometrist! Honestly, it feels strange even calling EyeXam an optometrist because the experience was on an entirely different level. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how incredibly elegant and upscale the office is. The technology was amazing, gorgeous, state-of-the-art equipment and machines I had never seen at an eye appointment before. But what impressed me just as much as the beautiful space and technology was the people. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly thorough. There was no stuffy or impersonal feeling at all. They took the time to answer my questions, explain everything, and make me feel completely taken care of. And then came the fun part… finding glasses! They helped me find the PERFECT pair for my face and my style. They handled my insurance, helped me stay within my budget, and somehow I was able to purchase a designer frame that I absolutely love! They have some truly gorgeous designer frames that are definitely more luxurious if that’s what you’re looking for, but I was thrilled that they helped me find something stylish, flattering, and exactly what I wanted without going over my budget. And I have to mention their Eye Spa for dry eyes! I had never seen anything like it and was so impressed. In fact, I’m already making an appointment for my husband because I think he’ll benefit from it too. EyeXam was such a wonderful surprise. Beautiful office, incredible technology, exceptionally thorough care, genuinely kind people, and a team that actually listened to what I wanted. I absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend EyeXam!

I was so happy with the care and service I received at EYEXAM Optometry in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach. Dr. Bacani is amazing—caring, professional, and truly exceptional. Her expertise is unmatched. Tiffany was also wonderful from the moment I walked through the door. She helped me after my exam and patiently answered all of my questions. I wear both contacts and glasses, and I feel very grateful to have received such amazing care and service. Highly recommend!

We are super pleased with the care and service at the Optometrist in Crystal Cove, Newport Beach. Both Tiffany and Dr Bacani were extremely warm, kind and helpful with mine and my daughter’s eye assessment and contact lense training for my daughter. Both super professional, good facilities and private rooms for assessment and training. Plus a fantastic selection of eyewear for myself! Many thanks :)
