This is lreview is long overdue. I felt that the office was very stiff and unwelcomed( per other reviewers). Dr Nabi came across very snoody and too good to be part of Hoag. On top of that he did not perform the proper vascular studies or able to refer me to a proper specailtist either. After suffering for over 2 yrs forward, i was finally able to see a proper specialist & finally able to get a proper dx. Be very careful with these untrained, inexperienced, snoody drs like this group, specailly Dr Nabil !

Spending some time at the vascular office of Dr Nabi🥰 The technician , Erin Willett was checking out my veins and doing an excellent job for me! It’s very important when you get elderly to do this once a year. The complete staff here is wonderful. I recommend everyone. Thank you, Kelly Brewer

Doctor Nabi was very generous about sharing his knowledge with us so we could make an informed decision. He carefully considered all aspects of this particular health situation and assessed that surgery was not necessary at this stage, which we really appreciated. He further encouraged us to ask particular questions of our primary care physician to ensure that medication levels are optimal. He prescribed a rational course of action that included ultrasound follow ups, and my husband and I left feeling very confident in him and his abilities should surgery be required in the future. We would highly recommend Dr. Nabi.

A SURGEON WITH POOR JUDGMENT Ten months ago, my 72-year old husband with diagnosed vascular disease underwent an angiogram with Dr. David Nabi after being referred to him. The hopes were that the procedure would improve circulation so that the his toe amputation wound could heal. My husband had previously undergone similar procedures in a hospital setting due to being high-risk, with extended monitoring afterward, with other surgeons. Despite having full access to his medical records and knowing his condition, Dr. Nabi performed this procedure at an outpatient surgery center in Newport Beach. He was discharged about 2 hours later and told he was stable. About 25 minutes after leaving the center, he collapsed at home from severe internal bleeding related to the procedure. He was rushed to the nearest hospital, where his leg was amputated above the knee. After four weeks in the hospital and three weeks in rehab, he passed away six days after returning home. While my husband had other health issues, this devastating sequence began immediately after this procedure. In my opinion, performing such a procedure in an outpatient setting with minimal monitoring for a high-risk patient raises serious concerns about Dr. Nabi’s judgment as it pertains to patient care. I am sharing this so families ask detailed questions about where their loved one’s procedure is performed, particularly if that patient is high risk.
