I purchased a package of 12 classes in December 2025 for a family member and I was never informed of any ongoing membership agreement. Despite never signing one, Brian the GM says I did. I guess they don’t tell you what it is when you sign on their iPad. I was never told there was an ongoing a membership, I was charged in May, June, and July of this year. This business is misleading customers about their billing practices. I would strongly advise anyone to read every single fine print detail before giving them your payment information, and to think twice before signing up. They’ve made it difficult for me to cancel my own membership when I needed to due to health issues. I’ve felt trapped in their system until I decided to cancel once and for all. I will report them to the BBB to make sure they get investigated for their actions.

I really enjoy all of this stretching exercises. It has really helped to improve my sciatica and overall muscle tone. Naz is a good instructor for a newbie like me.
