  I took a 3-month membership when they had a promotion going on. This was on December 28. I clearly told the lady at the front desk that I would be starting my sessions on January 1 because I was going on vacation. My classes used to expire on the 1st of every month as well, so I assumed the membership would work the same way. When I eventually wanted to cancel, I found out that you can’t cancel through the app. You have to go in person, and apparently you also have to sign a document. I ended up canceling on the 29th and was charged for another month. I called multiple times, and every time I got the same response: “We’ll check with management and get back to you.” Nobody ever called me back. I also explained that I was pregnant and that my pregnancy was considered high risk, so I needed to cancel my membership. No alternatives or options were offered. Because of how the whole situation was handled, I ended up not using five sessions that I had already paid for. Putting the membership issue aside, I also wasn’t very impressed with the classes. There’s really only one instructor who takes both level 1 and 1.5 who actually seems to put in the effort. I attended one Level 2 class that felt more like a chat session than a workout. The instructor spent a lot of the class talking about herself. For $40 a session, I found OrangeTheory classes much more fun and worth the money. Overall, I was most disappointed with how the membership cancellation was handled and the lack of follow-up. I expected much better customer service, especially given the circumstances.

  Joining Club Pilates has truly been a game-changer for my fitness routine! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff is incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. Anastasia, an instructor who has been teaching Pilates for 20+ years is an absolute pleasure to work with. She has an extensive background in human physiology and effective workout techniques. On top of that, she creates a fun, dynamic, and challenging environment in every class... a true professional in every sense. I like that she is incredibly attentive, offers personalized modifications to ensure you’re getting the most out of every movement and authentically cares about delivering the best product for her students. I wholeheartedly recommend her classes! And whether you are new to Pilates like me or a seasoned student, they offer a class that will challenge you and fit your needs. It's not easy to find a studio that excels in both customer service and quality instruction, but Club Pilates does it all. Whether you're aiming to enhance your flexibility, tone up, or simply enjoy a fulfilling workout, this studio is the perfect place to reach your goals. I truly look forward to attending my next class and highly recommend Club Pilates to anyone looking to elevate their fitness!

  I started with the Newbury Park studio as a founding member and I’m so glad that I signed up. The studio and the classes Club Pilates offers have made a huge difference in my overall energy level and strength. The studio is clean and has all the equipment for a full body workout (of course with instruction). Anastasia was my first instructor (Saturday classes) and she’s amazing! The stones of love that she gives at the end of class are so thoughtful and makes you want to keep coming back. I’ve also had the pleasure of taking classes with Sharon, Catherine, Shelly, Kathryn, Robin and Jennifer. Each one of them are clearly passionate about pilates and skilled. I like that no class is the same so you don’t get board. I am so thankful to Club Pilates and all the staff!

  Beautiful new studio with lots of classes, skilled instructors and a warm, welcoming reception staff. Cute little retail area too!!!
