She’s talking like as if I’m dumb like girl I’m not an Eye Doctor. I’m just answering your questions and when it came to buying the contacts, she was rushing me and just seemed irritated and just like laughing at me she’s like well you’re gonna have to see if you want this or that until we move on or something and she was not helpful at all and then her assistant (Tatiana) tried “helping me” but not really I just watched a video and she came back and was like ok two ways to take your eye contacts off and they only taught me one way I was like what’s the other way and then she was like this is the only way but I’m like you just said there was two ways and I’m over there crying and I’m like ok how do I take this off and she just walks away and sends in another guy (Titus) that actually helps me.
