Do not go here for "kids' classes." No structure or consistent coaching. A different coach almost every class and the coach never knows what's going on It's primarily used as "childcare" by the adult members of the gym. They change the schedule without notifying parents, who like me, pick a particular class date and time that fits the family's schedule. Management has a flippant "we don't care" attitude when concerns are brought to their attention.

I love this gym and everything about it! The recovery room is one of favorites! The owners are amazing & the coaches are also! The members are my favorite too, everyone is so nice & supportive! If you are looking for a personal trainer, ask for Gerald. You will get the best workout ever 💪🏽🔥🤙🏽
I really liked the gym at the beginning. However, the environment feels pretty intrusive and judgmental. On one occasion, I went to the store next-door to get some tea and one of the managers told me he was gonna tell my coach that I was eating. Keep in mind I’m not in shape like the people at that gym. It made me feel pretty bad. I was in one of their classes, and I dropped water on the mat. There was no sign that said no water on the mat. Everybody had their bottles on the mat. During the class, the trainer reprimanded me in a very condescending way that this is why I shouldn’t have water on the mat. I could barely focus in the class afterwards. I felt so humiliated. This is just a few circumstances where I felt judged and extremely uncomfortable. But this is not the worst part, I have attempted to contact the owners on several occasions, and the staff refuse to let me communicate with the owners. I struggle to discuss issues in person and so I asked the guy at the gym if I could just write it down and he said that there was no paper. I even contacted them through Instagram and the staff mocked me and said that the owner would not call me back as if this was a ridiculous request. I paid 1000 Upfront and now I just lost the money because I don’t feel comfortable going in there. They act like they’re very friendly, but if you have any issue, they will go on full attack mode.

Back in December last year, I joined this UFC Gym in Murrieta because of the recovery room amenities such as cryotherapy, PEMF machine, infrared sauna & etc. I signed up for the Champion membership at $140–$150/month, which included a guest pass.
In February, new management came in and changed the policies with zero notice to existing members. Since the guest pass and full recovery access were the main reasons I joined, they offered me the Recovery Room membership at $69/month.
I continued using the dry sauna and cryotherapy consistently, 2–3 times a week. Then this month in May, staff told me I’m not allowed to use the dry sauna anymore with a Recovery membership (only infrared). That was understandable but when I asked to use the bathroom, I was told no because I don't have a "gym" membership.
The staff member then suggested me to upgrade to a full gym membership and condescendingly pointed out that “Recovery members usually pay $1,000 a year, and you’re paying less,” implying I should feel lucky for the limited access. I’ve been a consistent, paying member the whole time, yet I was treated like a second-class customer because I didn't fit their ideal customer profile? 🤔
The communication is poor, good staff have mostly been replaced, and there’s clear inconsistency. If you signed up with any kind of deal before, it feels like you’re now treated like an outsider who no longer fits their system. 👎🏼
The recovery amenities are good when you can actually use them, but the sudden rule changes, basic access denials, and condescending attitude make it very frustrating. If you’re considering a Recovery membership here, be aware of these issues.
