And oh man have I found something that is finally going to stick! From the intro class with Kianna to challenging myself to a reformer flow 1 class on a Saturday morning with Jessica T, I knew I have found an activity and studio thats for Me! Im a serious newcomer when it comes to world of pilates, so of course it felt intimidating to come into a space start something new and worry you're not going to be able to keep up with crowd. When I tell you ladies have found a way to balance the classes where the newbies can settle in and embrace the power of trying something new and a bit more challenging all while looking forward to coming back again and again, this is it! Thank you all for being so inclusive, accepting and meeting everyone you encounter right where we are in our fitness journey while also seeing where we are is not our ceiling and encouraging us to stay connected to the breath and pulse for 5 more!

The instructors are knowledgeable and ask you what you want to work on before the class begins. They make accommodations for injuries. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
