A novice to yoga, I found her warm, supportive instruction easy to follow, and her gentle guidance enabled me to achieve even the most difficult poses. The staff was friendly, the studio was very clean and I walked away feeling peaceful and grateful.

It was a well-planned, guided experience and totally enjoyable. She teaches in a way that works for beginners through more advanced levels, and her instruction is well-paced and really thoughtful.
