This is the 2nd time that I've encountered such a lack of professionalism from this location when trying to pick up my child's prescription. The person helping me told me "Well I don't know what to do because your insurance is not showing" It is not my job to tell you what to do. Our insurance is clearly accepted here as I have been picking up my other child's medication. We should not be inconvenienced this much due to the fact that the staff lacks knowledge of insurance information.
