  I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Dyala Harb. Unfortunately, the interaction felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional from the beginning. She was chewing gum throughout the visit, was very curt with her responses, and did not make me feel welcomed or comfortable. Most importantly, she did not take the time to explain anything about my exam, findings, or recommendations, leaving me feeling as though my appointment was more of a burden on her time than an opportunity to care for a patient. Good bedside manner and clear communication are extremely important, especially when someone is seeking medical care. I understand that healthcare providers can have busy days, but patients should still feel respected, heard, and informed. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that I have had very positive experiences with this office in the past. The staff has consistently been kind, gracious, and helpful, and my usual primary doctor has always provided an experience that is completely opposite of this one. Because of those previous positive experiences, I would hate for one individual encounter to dictate my overall opinion of the practice or cause me to seek care elsewhere. Unfortunately, I will not be seeing Dr. Harb again. I sincerely hope she takes this feedback as an opportunity to reflect on her bedside manner and patient communication. A little more warmth, patience, and explanation would have made a significant difference in my experience. The rest of the staff were wonderful throughout the checkout process and with helping me select the appropriate products. They were attentive, kind, and gracious, as they have always been. It is genuinely a pleasure to interact with any of the staff, and they consistently go above and beyond to create a positive and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular doctor was very different from the exceptional service I have come to expect from the rest of the team.

  I called Gemini Optical at Target MV first and was well taken care of by Peggy, who was very helpful and efficient in getting us through the exam and eye glasses selection. The doctor was very nice and professional, explaining everything clearly. And I found a very cool eye glass frame 👌 Thank you for your great service. 5 stars 🌟

  I came in on the afternoon of 7-27-26. The optometrist was pleasant and thorough, even though it was his first day. The staff member who checked me in was a very nice man. In contrast, the two ladies who worked the front staff when the optometrist part was finished were standoffish and snooty. They were visibly shocked and inconvenienced when I asked for a digital copy of my prescription. Unlike the optical staff at Walmart, they said they were unable to do that. They were also visibly inconvenienced when I came back and asked for a receipt-which they made by hand! To be honest, the only reason I went to Target over Walmart is that this optical center is in my insurance plan. I hope that doctor gets to work with nicer people in the future.
