The estimated charge for my glasses was $650. I found a in network provider for the same glasses for $219. That’s a bummer! My PD was not included in the eye exam I called they said no problem come back in. I did and they charged me an additional $5 + tax. The additional charge is silly and I do not believe it is a taxable item in CA.
