  I cannot recommend Dr. Holmes enough. He has truly changed my life. Since November 2024, I had been suffering from severe pain in my right hip, lower back, and buttocks that radiated down my right leg. It came out of nowhere and completely changed my quality of life. I went through two MRIs, an MRI with contrast, a full year of physical therapy, injections, and opinions from three different doctors. No one could figure out what was causing the amount of pain I was in. I had finally reached the point where I was scheduled for exploratory surgery because we had exhausted so many other options. For almost two years, I couldn’t sleep comfortably without lying on my back surrounded by pillows. I couldn’t exercise. I was dragging my right leg and waking up every morning already in pain. Then I started treatment with Dr. Holmes. After only my SECOND treatment, I was in tears. For the first time in almost two years, I felt a significant amount of my pain disappear. I would estimate about 40%. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Waking up and not immediately being overwhelmed by pain was something I had almost forgotten was possible. I still have more healing to do, but the difference Dr. Holmes has already made in my life is incredible. After everything I tried and all the doctors I saw, finally experiencing this level of relief has given me so much hope. If you are living with chronic pain and feel like you have tried everything, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Holmes. I am beyond grateful I found him.

  Dr Holmes was highly recommend to me from a friend told me about this soft wave treatment I was in so much pain from a pinch nerve on my left shoulder and left side of my neck I've done about 10 treatments and I love it I'm doing 99 percent better I look forward every time I go in the doctor and her staff r very professional I can't say enough I highly recommend doctor Holmes chiropractic Thank u so much.
