  My toddler has already needed her cavities filled on two occasions (unfortunately), however she has had a great experience both times. Amazed by the team’s skill and care in working with young kids. So grateful to have my kids seen by Dr. Bunch and Monica, they are both fantastic!! Having them comfortable attending dental appointments and getting treatment at a young age is crucial in setting the tone throughout their lifetime.

  The ladies are always very welcoming and respectful. They communicate everything with detail and are helpful. They greet you with a smile on their face.

  Asked me to bring my son in for their earliest 9am appointment for treatment and ended up having us wait an hour to be seen ! When I asked the front support staff to check on the status of his appointment, they got irritated and even rolled their eyes! Very unprofessional for an establishment filled with family and children. Also, double check your payment balances because they were going to up-charge me until I noticed and I corrected them on the price. There was no apology from anyone. Do better.

  I’ve been going to children’s Dental Fun Zone for 15 years!!! My oldest first visit in this office was when she was 2 years old. Over the years I’ve witnessed changes in the office and was very happy to see they have grown so much! However, over the past 2 years I’ve been dissatisfied with the service and the actual visits for my kids. I have a toddler now and noticed the visits are disappointing EVERY TIME. With my oldest the visits went so smooth. If my appointment time was at 2pm then we would be seen at 2pm! Now it’s changed, if your appointment is at 2pm your not even seen until 2:30/2:45 :( Not to mention the amount of patients that are scheduled all at the same time makes the office super crowded and packed with no seats available for waiting patients! I was shocked this last appointment when I took both my kids in for a routine visit and the whole waiting room was jam packed with patients waiting against the walls as well as outside. The back office was just the same with staff and patients crowded in the back I was even sitting in the hallway and the dentist almost tripped over my son while walking by. The staff was so overwhelmed and you can see it! At this point I was very unhappy as I noticed the Dental assistants and Drs were so busy they didn’t even introduce themselves as they normally would do. No name, no “how are you”, nothing. I can’t express how sad I felt for my son and daughter because as a patient of 15 years my daughter expressed how much things have changed and how much she wishes it was like the old days where the Dr and staff actually took the time to explain and talk with the patients. Overall, the experiences these last 2 years have not been great. I’m thinking of changing dentist for my sons future appointments which makes me sad because we parents depend on consistency in the places we choose to take our children. I hope Children’s Dental Fun Zone can do what they need to do to get back to the old way of doing things where the patient feels more comfortable with the visits.

  Worst ortho service I ever experienced. They left the braces in my son's mouth for over a year without any treatment. No Saturday appointments are available even they promised they do before you pay.
