- NTNGOC GIA ANNA TRANJun 30, 20265.0Great toys and the staff is super friendly. My son’s first time and he got a toy for signing up as new patient. My daughter needed a dental exam to go back to school. The staff and the doctor were extremely helpful and supportive. Very nice to kids for sure, they walked me through all the procedures and have me next to my toddler’s side all the time except for the x-ray, that they need me to be outside.
- NANaseer AhmadJun 27, 20261.0My daughter had a dental appointment today. About 15 days ago, another dentist examined her and told us that she needed two dental crowns on her front teeth. However, when we arrived today, the dentist who was supposed to place the crowns took new X-rays and then told us that her teeth were fine and that she did not need the crowns. The two teeth that need treatment are her front teeth, and the damage is clearly visible. I can easily see that they are already damaged. However, the dentist insisted that they did not need crowns. Instead, he wanted to work on an upper right tooth that appears healthy and does not seem to need treatment at this time. Even if that tooth may need treatment in the future, the front teeth should be the priority because the damage is obvious and visible. I was very confused because this completely contradicted what we were told at the previous appointment. I asked for an explanation, but the dentist did not clearly explain why his opinion was different from the first dentist’s. In addition, his attitude was rude and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable for both my daughter and me. I would appreciate a clear explanation for the different opinions and would like this complaint and feedback to be taken seriously.
