He took the time to help her out and repair her glasses. The store manager, Joseph is a gem!! I work in retail as well and it is so hard to find kind and caring employees who take pride in what they do. Joseph could have just told my Mom to buy a new pair or that he couldn’t help her but he didn’t do that. Thanks for making her day!
