  I would recommend coming to Lens Crafters in Modesto, Ca. From start to finish the staff was very professional, friendly, easy to talk to and provided excellent customer service. My husband had is appointment first and I saw first hand how they made him comfortable with service dog and treated him with kindness and respect. When I had my appointment I was treated with kindness and respect as well. Joy was wonderful she helped me pick my glasses and guided me through what I wanted. I don't remember everyone's name but the ladies and gentlemen at Lens Crafters deserve a 10 out of 10 rating. Thank you for the wonderful experience I appreciate you.

  "Our experience was very satisfactory. The place, ambience, and inventory were excellent. The optometrist was very thorough and did an outstanding job. Above all, at the store, we were taken care of by Joy, who was incredibly kind, professional, friendly, and respectful. She remained focused, detail-oriented, and patient with us until we found exactly what we liked. She was both thorough and efficient. We are very happy and thankful for her outstanding service!"

  After getting a replacement pair of glasses under my warranty within a few days, a screw in my frames continued to loosen every couple of days. I went in and talked to the manager and sales lady and was told that since my protection warranty was up, there was nothing they could do. This new pair of glasses came with a screw that would not stay tight and basically I was accused of stripping the screw out and told that I should never tighten the screw in my own glasses. When I asked if I was being accused of stripping the screw I was told no however no one else has touched my glasses so they’re recommendation was for me to make a two hour round-trip drive and spend $75 in gas every two days to have them personally tightened the screw. If these have been the original pair and I hadn’t purchased the warranty, they would’ve been good to go for 30 days so I don’t understand why this replacement pair wouldn’t at least come with the same 30 day manufactured defect warranty. It has a manufactured defect and they refuse to hear it. I will not be buying glasses here again and I don’t recommend anyone else do either.
