  At first I was a little intimidated. I had not come to terms with my condition, but 5 days later and I'm finally realizing that there's no way around it and I would have never done that without Dr. Levin. I appreciate his candor and his willingness to see me even though there had been a clerical error that caused him to stay late.

  You need way wait about one hour. Plus I call to check about my son MRI appointment. And they they told me that health plan need to approve it. So I call health plan and they told me they haven't receive anything .

  My experience with Dr. Levin was subpar. The office scheduling seemed disorganized, and I was told two days before my appointment that it would be delayed by four months. An earlier appointment became available, which I took. When I arrived, I waited for an hour and 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. The receptionist seemed unbothered when I asked about the delay. Dr. Levin arrived late, didn't apologize, and didn't allow me to discuss my symptoms. He made assumptions about my condition based on my medication and made inappropriate comments. I left feeling unheard and unsupported.

  Stay far away from this doctor! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Not only will you be waiting for hours, he’s absolutely useless and extremely rude. I waited over 3 hours and my appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. I was receiving Botox injections for constant headaches from a different neurologist who retired, which Dr. Levin said he couldn’t do, which is fine. He gave me a medication that wasn’t working and I asked the receptionist if I could have an appointment to discuss other alternatives for treatment with him, to which I was told that I have to go back to my primary care doctor which makes absolutely no sense to me.

  I had been suffering from extreme pain for quite some time, and my doctor referred me to Dr. Jeffrey Levin—and I am incredibly grateful they did. From the very beginning, his office staff was exceptional. They were kind, professional, and very efficient. They went above and beyond to get my file on his desk and helped me get approved to be seen as soon as possible, which meant a lot during such a difficult time. Dr. Levin is truly one of a kind. His transparency, compassion, and genuine care for his patients really stand out. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and gives you honest, straightforward information so you can fully understand your condition and next steps. His knowledge and work ethic are outstanding. My nerve conduction study was a great experience and absolutely worth the wait to get in to see him. If you’re dealing with carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve issues, or any nerve-related condition, I highly recommend asking your doctor for a referral to Dr. Levin. He will tell you like it is and help guide you toward recovery with confidence. We need more doctors like him in the medical field—compassionate, transparent, and truly committed to their patients.
