It’s been about month since I started going and all the instructors are amazing! The times the classes are held are also great perfect for those that work or just busy moms in general or both. I have already seen a difference in my body, my strength, my posture which is insane because it’s only been 4 weeks. I haven’t enjoyed going to workout in a long time, I’m happy I stumbled across this online and took that free class.
