I am such a huge fan of Perfect Workout! As a PT I refer patients here because I trust the trainers 100%. The slow motion strength training is such an effective way to build strength while optimizing form. Both Ginger and Adam are awesome and so good at what they do. Very thorough in establishing goals and figuring out a plan to get you there. The place is clean and great location with plenty of parking. Definitely worth checking it out!

Was in need of strengthening to make knee surgery rehab easier. My knees have always held me back from exercising. I did some research and found The Perfect Workout and went for trial. Adam has been great! He is so patient and knows exactly how to tweak things so that it’s not hard on my knees.
