The instructors learn your name, notice your progress, and encourage you. Shout-out to Alexandra — a motivating force. But you will find many instructors to love here, Janelle, Deema, Jordan, Taylor, and more.

I have been taking barre classes for 4 years and the ladies that teach at Mission Viejo are the best! They are so motivational and always push me and inspire and challenge me to do my best. Highly, highly recommend trying a class, but be warned once you start you will be hooked!
