I happened to be strolling in the mall and stopped in and was pleasantly surprised by how willing they were to help me as a walk in! This is 2nd purchase in 45 days and all of my info was readily available on the system I selected a 2nd pair in less than 30 minutes Sar was so efficient and helpful!! He’s knowledgeable and so polite. Can’t wait to get my new glasses a 2nd pair which I selected as a backup which is a very fun color and design! Bravo!

I was so sad and forgot I could go to Lens Crafters for repair as I got lasik many years ago so never needed LC like I used to yearly. Well lo and behold free glasses repair! I’m so happy! Sar quickly fixed them and now I have my favorite shades back! Definitely going to be coming for readers (I’m almost that age…) and sunnies in the future because this was such a great feeling of relief!

The measurements of far, computer readings on Progressive lenses are different than the standard. They both spent so much time with me PATIENTLY to get this resolved.
