  I had such a great experience at LensCrafters at The Shops at Mission Viejo, and I especially want to recognize Alexis. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process of choosing my prescription glasses. I shared some concerns I’ve had from previous experiences purchasing glasses, and Alexis really took the time to listen and understand what was important to me. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me find an option that worked well for my prescription and my budget. I truly felt like she was looking out for my best interest rather than just trying to make a sale. I really appreciated her taking the time to help me find a great value and making sure I understood my options. Alexis made what can sometimes feel like a stressful purchase feel easy and comfortable. If you’re looking for someone who is patient, genuinely helpful, and willing to take the time to make sure you’re comfortable with your purchase, I highly recommend asking for Alexis. She is a wonderful sales associate and a real asset to the LensCrafters team. Thank you, Alexis, for all your help!

  Great experience at LensCrafters! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We walked in and they were able to accommodate us. They also took the time to find a coupon for my transition lenses, which I really appreciated. Great customer service overall!

  They have a decent collection and friendly staff when it’s time for a purchase, however when what you get is not correct and it’s time for them to fix it, that’s when the problems start. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee deal which is great but in reality they do all they can to blame it on you. In my experience, I got my new glasses and saw a line on both lenses when looking closely at screens. First they blame it on my prescription and sent me back to my doctor, then they rebuilt the lenses couple of times and at the end they told me I’m way past the 30-day, I came back too late, … to refuse a refund. Extremely awful customer service at that point. At the end I managed to get a refund but after I asked for a manager. This whole process was 4 months. I normally don’t leave low reviews but it was truly a frustrating experience for me unfortunately, just trying to give others a heads up.

  Frame selections is awesome (so many choices!)...Vanessa (sales person) was great. Product knowledge was awesome and her personal recommendation for me was spot on!
