I could go on, there's always something cool happening!* And most of all, I adore the community of folks that go to Mission Viejo CorePower! No judgement, no pretense, just genuine humans, copious amounts of sweat, a smidge of trauma bonding, tons of laughter, legit growth, and constant encouragement and inspiration. Did I mention the sweat??? Yowzah. Love. This. Studio.
