To the Management Team,
I am writing this letter to formally express my extreme frustration with the service at your pharmacy. I have been a loyal customer and a member of this community for over ten years, but the experiences I have had recently are forcing me to reconsider where I take my business.
For over a decade, I have relied on this Safeway location for my healthcare needs. However, the service has deteriorated to an unacceptable level. Specifically, I am reporting a consistent and ongoing issue regarding prescription turnaround times and staff unprofessionalism that I have experienced over my last three consecutive visits.
My concerns include the following:
• Unacceptable Wait Times: Despite using the Safeway app to manage my refills, the prescriptions are never ready when promised. The turnaround times have become completely unreasonable for a long-term customer.
• Lack of Communication: I am consistently forced to call and follow up on the status of my medication myself, rather than receiving the automated or professional updates I expect from a pharmacy of this caliber.
• Dishonesty and Unprofessionalism: Most concerning is the conduct of your staff. On multiple occasions, I have been met with blatant misinformation regarding the status of my refills. When these discrepancies are pointed out, the staff has been dismissive rather than helpful. There is a clear lack of accountability and transparency.
Whether these issues stem from a failure within the Safeway app or a breakdown in internal pharmacy workflows, the result is a deeply unprofessional environment. As a customer of ten-plus years, I have never seen this level of consistent failure until now.
I value the convenience of this location, but I cannot continue to patronize a business that demonstrates such a lack of respect for my time and health. I request that you investigate these recurring delays and address the conduct of your pharmacy staff immediately.
I look forward to hearing how you plan to rectify these issues and restore the standard of service I have come to expect over the last decade.
Sincerely
AB

My prescription refill was supposed to be due on Thanksgiving day so I asked the pharmacist if they can give it to me a day early and they told me no I have to wait until the next day so pretty much I have to go a day without no medicine just because they don’t wanna give it out a day early I think that’s pretty rude and my doctor was pretty That as well Be cautious of your refill dates because when it comes to holidays, they won’t let you have your medicine a day early
