- AKalekhya kamanaApr 3, 20261.0Tried returning a package that got delivered late inspite of paying overnight shipping and is no longer needed. Upon calling customer service they refunded the shipping amount. Though the online instructions say package can be returned at any store within 30 days of order delivery, this store person did not accept my return and said GNC has changed return policies and doesn't accept in-store returns anymore. Asked me to call customer service and get a return shipping label and shop it through USPS. When I call the customer service, they ask me to pay for shipping the product back. Waste of time, energy and money. Customer service is extremely poor, store person is not knowledgeable and provides incorrect information causing inconvenience and multiple store visits and customer service calls.
