- ISIsabelle SeeJun 23, 20261.0I went here for help with cystic and hormonal acne and felt like I was treated more like a customer than a patient. Instead of offering meaningful medical treatment, they pushed their own expensive skincare products, which did absolutely nothing for my acne. I switched to a different dermatologist and was finally given an evidence-based treatment plan that actually worked. The difference in quality of care was night and day. Dr. Laub was also rude, impatient, and frequently talked over me instead of listening to my concerns. He behaved this way on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, I was offered an injection to help with the acne and was told it would be covered by insurance. I am now being charged, despite being led to believe there would be no out-of-pocket cost. The entire situation has been incredibly frustrating and feels misleading. If you're seeking treatment for acne, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My experience was a complete waste of time and money.
